These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://wptize.com (“Site”) and all related products and services (collectively, “Services”) offered by Wptize by Hostcode (“Wptize,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
 By accessing or using this Site, downloading templates, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
 If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. About Wptize

Wptize by Hostcode is a digital design platform based in Bhubaneswar, IN providing Elementor-based WordPress templates, bundles, and memberships for freelancers, agencies, and business owners.
 All templates are designed and developed in-house by Wptize and distributed through this website under specific license terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  1. To access downloads or make purchases, users must create a Wptize account using a valid email address and password.

     

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

     

  3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information when necessary.

     

  4. Wptize reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

     

3. Use of the Website

You may browse the Site and use its features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
 You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or data.

     

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Site without written permission.

     

  • Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.

     

  • Interfere with security, availability, or performance of the Site.

     

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

4. Products and Licensing

4.1 Template Ownership

All templates, designs, graphics, and files available on Wptize are the intellectual property of Wptize by Hostcode and are protected by copyright and international IP laws.
 You receive a license to use purchased or free templates in accordance with the applicable license below; ownership remains with Wptize.

4.2 License Types

  1. Single-Use License (Paid Templates)
  • Each paid template may be used for one (1) website or project only.

     

  • You may modify, customize, or edit the template for that specific client or internal project.

     

  • The license is non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

     

  1. Multi-Use License (Agency Subscription)
  • Available exclusively to agency members under the annual subscription plan.

     

  • Permits use of included templates on multiple client projects within the subscription term.

     

  • Licenses remain valid while the subscription is active and in good standing.

     

  1. Limited Commercial License (Free Templates)
  • Free templates may be used for limited commercial or personal projects.

     

  • They may not be resold, redistributed, or offered for free download elsewhere.

     

  • Attribution to Wptize is appreciated but not mandatory.

     

4.3 License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute templates in any form.

     

  • Include Wptize templates in theme packs, marketplaces, or design libraries.

     

  • Claim ownership or authorship of any Wptize product.

     

  • Use templates for illegal, defamatory, or misleading purposes.

     

Wptize reserves the right to revoke any license that breaches these restrictions.

5. Payments and Pricing

  1. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

     

  2. Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Razorpay.

     

  3. By completing a transaction, you authorize Wptize and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

     

  4. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but existing purchases and active subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

     

6. Refund Policy

Because Wptize products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
 We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a template has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • The purchased file is corrupt or inaccessible, and

     

  • You have contacted support@wptize.com within seven (7) days of purchase, providing proof of the issue.

     

In such cases, Wptize may, at its discretion, replace the file or issue a store credit.

7. Subscription and Renewals

  1. The Wptize Agency Membership is an annual subscription that grants multi-use licensing across all template categories based on plan level.

     

  2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

     

  3. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

     

  4. Access to new templates and updates requires an active subscription.

     

  5. No partial refunds are issued for unused time upon cancellation.

     

Failure to renew a subscription automatically converts your license back to a single-use basis for previously downloaded templates.

8. Template Usage and Updates

  1. Templates are delivered as editable Elementor files compatible with supported versions of WordPress.

     

  2. Users are responsible for maintaining compatibility with their own WordPress setups.

     

  3. Wptize may update templates periodically to fix bugs or improve design; updates are accessible to active license holders.

     

  4. While templates are editable and reusable, redistribution or public sharing of source files is strictly prohibited.

     

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including logos, text, graphics, icons, source code, and design assets on Wptize.com, remains the property of Wptize by Hostcode.
 You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing or downloading our templates.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Wptize content may result in legal action under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

10. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Wptize a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate such Feedback into our products or marketing without obligation to you.
 We value community input but are not required to implement any suggestion.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways and analytics tools.
 Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
 Wptize is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of any third-party service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Wptize templates and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
 We do not guarantee that:

  • The templates will meet your specific requirements,

     

  • The website or downloads will be uninterrupted or error-free, or

     

  • Any defects will be corrected immediately.

     

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wptize disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wptize by Hostcode, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our templates,

     

  • Data loss or corruption,

     

  • Business interruption or loss of profits, or

     

  • Unauthorized access to your information.

     

In any case, Wptize’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or subscription that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wptize by Hostcode, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your:

  • Breach of these Terms,

     

  • Violation of any law or third-party right, or

     

  • Use of the Site or templates other than as permitted.

     

This indemnity survives termination of your account or license.

15. Termination and Suspension

  1. Wptize may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

     

  2. Upon termination, all rights granted under the license immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of Wptize templates from your devices.

     

  3. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

     

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tripura (West), India.
 You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts for any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms.

17. Force Majeure

Wptize shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
 The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
 By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
 It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional license documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wptize by Hostcode regarding your use of the Site and Services.
