This License Agreement governs the use of all WordPress and Elementor templates, template kits, landing pages, layouts, demo content, images, and copy provided under the Wptize brand, which is owned and operated by Hostcode Lab Technologies OPC Private Limited. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Wptize product, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

Company Information

Wptize is a brand owned and operated by Hostcode Lab Technologies OPC Private Limited. The company is incorporated in Tripura, India.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this License Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tripura, India.

Definitions

Product means any Elementor template, WordPress template, full template kit, single landing page, layout, demo content, images, or copy provided by Wptize. Licensee means the individual or legal entity that purchases or accesses the Product. End Product means a completed website created using the Product. Source Files means original template files, editable Elementor files, or downloadable assets provided by Wptize.

License Grant

Wptize grants the Licensee a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Product under the terms described in this Agreement. Ownership of the Product remains with Hostcode Lab Technologies OPC Private Limited at all times.

Permitted Use

You are permitted to use a single template on unlimited websites, use the same template for multiple client projects, create personal, commercial, or client websites, modify templates for your own content and project needs, and white label the final website delivered to clients.

Attribution Requirement

Proper credit to Coming Soon is required when a template is used as is or substantially unchanged. Attribution must be visible on the website, such as in the footer or credits section. If the template is heavily customized and no longer resembles the original design, attribution is optional.

Client Work Restrictions

Clients may not receive the Source Files. Clients may only receive the final deployed website. Clients may not reuse, resell, or redistribute the template or its files.

Prohibited Use

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Product or Source Files. You may not offer the Product as a standalone or bundled product, whether free or paid. You may not include the Product in another template library, marketplace, or SaaS. You may not claim ownership or copyright of the Product or modified versions. You may not share download access or account credentials. Reselling Wptize templates in any form is strictly prohibited.

Modifications and Derivative Works

You may modify templates for your own use or client projects. You may not claim copyright over modified or derivative versions. Modified templates remain subject to this License Agreement.

Demo Content, Images, and Fonts

Demo images and copy are provided for demonstration purposes only. Images are generated using AI and are not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive. Demo content should be replaced before production use. Google Fonts are used and are subject to their respective licenses. Wptize does not grant exclusive rights to demo images or copy.

Memberships and Downloads

Membership access ends when the subscription ends. Downloaded products may be retained after cancellation. Access to new templates and downloads is revoked after cancellation.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime members receive a monthly set of templates for the duration of the service. The number of templates released is not fixed. Wptize reserves the right to change release frequency or content types.

Updates and Support

No updates are included with any template. No technical support is provided. Products are delivered as final digital goods.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Digital products are delivered instantly and are non refundable.

Disclaimer of Warranty

All Products are provided as is without warranties of any kind. Wptize disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and compatibility with future WordPress or Elementor versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wptize shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

Restricted Countries

Use of Wptize products is not intended for users located in Pakistan or Bangladesh. Wptize reserves the right to restrict access or revoke licenses in these regions.

Termination

Wptize may suspend or terminate a license if this Agreement is violated or if abuse, redistribution, or misuse is detected. Upon termination, access to downloads may be revoked. Existing websites may remain live, but no further use of the Product is permitted.

Changes to This License

Wptize may update this License Agreement at any time. Changes will be published on this License page. Continued use of the Products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
